I just read the entire transcript. I'd seen the video of the Jefferson Parish Pres. running on CNN yesterday. I keep coming back to FEMA now being part of Homeland Security...and how ineffectual they've been during all of this. Like when Chernoff said they didn't imagine a catastrophe of this magnitude...WHAT?! And he's the one in charge of protecting us from ANY sort of disaster?! Scary as hell.
